Methods of dismantling / demolition:
|
There are various methods of dismantling and demolition like Manually Dismantling, Manually plus Mechanically, Pressure Bursting and Explosion Demolition. However, we mainly under the first tow types of demolition that is manually and manually plus mechanically.
MANUAALY DEMOLITION:
This type of demolition is mainly used for small job works of R.C.C structures were manpower are used for demolition purpose. This is mainly ground storied or ground plus one storied structures.
DISMANTLING :
In this method the structures like factories, mills Industrial units made out of M.S angles , I sections , channels , Trusses are cut off with gas cutter and dismantled the whole structures.
MANUALLY PLUS MECHANICALLY:
This types of demolition is mainly used in high rise buildings, R.C.C frame Industrial, Commercial, Residential buildings. Here Man Plus Machineries are equally used for the purpose of demolition. The machinery used are Hand Breaker, Hydraulic Breaker, Hydraulic Hammer, Pock Lains , JCBs , Gas Cutters,etc.
PRESSURE BURSTING AND EXPLOSION DEMOLITION:
These are rarely used method in India. It requires a long legal documentation and requires license for these types of demolition work. At present we are not using thi9s method due to legal involvement. However , we have associates , who have license to carry out this type of work.
